Green salad is good any time of the year. For this green salad I used ingredients that I found at our local farmers market.
1/2 lettuce, cut into 1cm thick slices
1 small zucchini, finely sliced
1 small pear, finely sliced
1/3 big salad cucumber, finely sliced
2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon agave sirup
1/2 teaspoon salt
juice from 1 lemon
1 spoon of Greek yoghurt
Combine all the salad ingredients and pour over the dressing, gently mix it into the salad. For more color decorate your salad with pomegrates and pine nuts.
