Moon is made of water, so are our bodies. Therefor the full moon has an influence on us. We prepared the full moon yoga together with my dru yoga teacher friend Mickey Baliakas. At the full moon yoga class we practice moon salutations and relaxation techniques that help us release tension and work with subtle bodies and energies within us. A great way to let go and recharge during your holiday or from your everyday life.
Note, we practice outside, therefor bring your socks and a jumper. Mats are provided. It is a donation based event, collected donations go to the local animal shelter.
