Banana bread

This is a great recipe for a gluten and lactose free banana bread! Full of flavour and fills up your house with a delicious aroma while baking it! Always a big hit at the breakfast during the retreats!

 

Ingredients:

1/3 cup of oil

1/2 cup of honey

2 mashed bananas

1 egg

3 spoons that equal about 1/3 of a very finely grated apple so you achieve apple sauce substance

1 vanilla bean

1 and 1/4 cup of a gluten-free flour

2 tablespoons of ground flex seeds

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

walnuts

Instructions:

Mix all the wet ingredients together, mix all the dry ingredients together and then combine it all together. Add walnuts and pour it into a prepared loaf pan. Grease the pan before and perhaps dust it with extra ground flex seeds so the bread can come off the pan easily.

Bake for about 35-45 minutes depending on your oven, temperature 180C.
