With cherries or grapes, this is a very popular treat in my family. Sometimes it takes longer to bake it than to eat it!


1 frozen puff pastry sheet

2 cups of fruit (I usually use grapes or cherries without pits)

5 spoons of melted butter (can be also coconut butter)

5 cookies (petit beurre)

5 spoons of sugar (brown, raw cane, coconut or similar)






Prepare a baking tray, I usually cover it with a baking paper.

On top of the baking tray lay the prepared pie sheet. Cover it with a thick layer of fruits, broken cookies, sugar and cinnamon. Pour over it the melted butter. Roll it and pierce it few times with a fork.

I usually glaze it with some butter, but feel free to use an egg-yolk.

Bake for approximately 35 minutes on 180 degrees. Immediately after you take it from the oven glaze it one more time with the butter. Let it sit for about an hour and then cut it into regular pieces and enjoy!

Grapes are full of vitamin C and K and also antioxidants. They prevent cancer, decrease ageing and prolong longevity.
