SAVORY ZUCCHINI PIETREATS FROM RETREATS
3 cups of shredded zucchini
2 cups of crumbled feta cheese
1.5 cup all purpose flour
1 sachet (2 sable spoons) of baking powder
1 finally chopped spring onion
1/4 cup of olive oil
salt (approximately 1/2 tea spoon) , pepper, sesame seeds
You can use dill or other herbs for aroma and lemon zest
Using a whisk beat the eggs, add feta and properly incorporate it. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix together all the dry ingredients and add them to your wet mixture. Add zucchini and spring onion,
Pour your mixture in a prepared baking tray and sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.
Bake for about 35 minutes on 180 C or until a wooden stick comes out clear.
this pie is perfect warm or cold. I usually serve it with a large salad on side.
