STRAWBERRY TIRAMISU

No bake light fruit dessert.

Ingredients

Strawberry sauce:

I usually prepare about 2 cups of it.

3 cups strawberries

1/2 cup sugar or sweetener of your choice

juice from one lemon

 

Cream:

500 gr mascarpone cheese (2 packs)

120 gr Philadelphia cheese (or other cream cheese)

250 ml heavy cream that you use for making whipped cream. I usually use a vegan version

1 cup sugar or other sweetener. You can use less. Depending on how sweet you like the cream to be.

 

Other:

Approximately 28 pieces of ladyfinger (savoyards) biscuits

Cacao or coffee for the top

2 cups of strawberries cut into pieces (I usually cut them into circular shapes)

 

Directions

Strawberry sauce: Place all your sauce ingredients into blender and prepare your sauce. Add more sweetener if you feel like.

Cream: Using a hand mixer prepare your whipped cream. Afterwards fold in the rest of your ingredients for the cream.

Assembly: Dip the biscuits into prepared strawberry sauce and arrange them on the bottom of your barking dish. I usually make sure they are soaked from both sides. Cover with a layer of cream. Arrange strawberries on top. Continue again with a biscuit layer, cover it with a cream lawyer. Dust the top with cacao or coffee powder and decorate with strawberries. Leave it in the fridge for about 6 hours and then enjoy! The dessert tastes best the next day.
